Use the install Microsoft windows Graphic Driver or the latest and last working driver for your intel HD 2500 3rd ivy bridge 15.33.8.3345.

Problem should be solved.

Might be your icon cache is not large enough, to increase it open regedit (open run, type: regedit then press enter).

Once regedit is open, go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Right-click the right pane of Explorer, and create a new REG_SZ (String Value), name it:

Max Cached Icons

Give it a value of 4096 (which is 4MB, any larger is not practical).

Save and exit the Registry Editor and restart your computer.

Hi @pooya, the main HarDisk how many partitions have them.

I can to think that this problem is a hardisk failure, sectors damaged, bad partitions, or maybe need defragment. Too check RAM.
Maybe need add/assign more RAM to Integrated Graphics into BIOS configuration (512 or 1024 MB)

It's strange, I had reproduced your problem in a old machine, it's what have few recurses and the task manager say what the CPU is to 90%, usage ram to 90%. I could help you if you could install Teamviewer.
