Share folder HELP

[visualbuffs]

guys Im suffering from stress using shared folder on my network

 

i don't know how to share folder on specific person on specific network

 

when i expanding the location it only show my pc name . it doesn't show any of the network to share with

 

my plan is to share my documents to everyone read only then share to specific user on my network with read & write permission

 

I will not share my documents (read & write) to everyone to prevent modification

 

only on 1 computer on the network with permission of read and write

 

i dont know to do this

pls help
