same here with npapi on FF 45.0.2 32-bit / Win7 Ult SP1 x64

ppapi and active-x versions works fine

 

EDIT:

uninstall previous msi install and install from exe installer and now works fine

This is yours system problem. Clean up the old files and then install it again.
Version 22.0.0.192 is the official current version.

i did nothing and now its shows
