It is open to all users even if not registered It is now merged with the Topic "software discounts and promotional coupon codes" ??! It is not the same. In these competitions, you may win an original license!! Many have viewed that hidden categories for few days due to bug after IPB upgrade from 3.x.x to 4.x.x and it was visible only to public and not if logged-in.
