The former National Intelligence Agency contractor could face decades in prison for breaking laws governing the handling of classified government information, and he expressed confusion on why Hillary Clinton doesn’t share his fate. SNOWDEN WROTE: Break classification rules for the public's benefit, and you could be exiled. Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President. Clinton has repeatedly criticized Snowden for leaking classified NSA documents.
