Kaspersky Anti-Tracking feature

Yesterday i was fidling with kaspersky setting to see, whats new in it. I had found its feature private browing which is rarely used effectively.

By default it is set to " detect request without blocking "

I had set it to " block detected request "

 

 

You can block facebook tracking in it as well .

 

Alternative:

1. You may set setting in your browser not to track as well.
2. Adblock

With the latest patch it's become more effective, of course when things like ublock are on there won't be much left for Kaspersky to block

Interesting. I thought was fine this new option in Kis16 so i can disactive adblock/ublock app, but it wasn't passed so much time that i see:

 

1) every browser heavily slow down

2) every url typed or link clicked it's forwarded to Kis server

3) you can't do anything (detect witouth blocking or 2nd option doesn't make difference)  

 

So i disable Private Browsing in Kis settings.I could be wrong (tell me if not) Kasp will not be glad to know their fans hop on nsaneforums

I don't use any AV or Internet Security program on my systems, except to test them on my test beds, but I can tell you that if they slow down your system it is because they are having to work really hard to filter everything.  Of course that also has to do with the speed of your processor and the amount of memory in your system, along with how many  programs, browsers and tabs, and windows you have open.  Personally I use uBlock0, Disconnect, ScriptSafe, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, and uBlock0 WebSocket all running at the same time and it doesn't slow down my browser or system at all.

Kaspersky inject some script into browser to check tracking. I am not feeling any slowdown of browser and computer.

I had untick it just to test it.
