[Android] Can't install .apk - SOLVED

I have a straight forward one peoples.

 

I have some .apk files, which used to install fine, used to highlight them and a prompt to install would come up I hit yes and away it went.

 

Now it won't work.

 

I highlight .apk and it does nothing.

 

Any idea on to sort this, I have set security to accept install b.t.w.

 

Android is HSG1316 Kernel 3.10.72 Android version 5.1

I solved the problem.

I was leaving my stylus depressed for too long, rather than a quick gentle tap.

If I had not had spilt my tea, then I would still be at it.
