rudrax
I am going to buy an ab cruncher. I am confused between two types. Pics are below: I wanna know which type is more effective? Is there any fitness freak live in nsane?
vibranium
Work on your abs with normal situps or ab crunches. You get more definition from regular exercise and losing calories. You can't lose fat locally on your abs unless you use a scalpel.

But only four abs of the top have shown up. The bottom two are not showing up. That's why I thought may be it's time to buy a machine so that I can get more focused ab workout. 7 minutes ago, vibranium said: Work on your abs with normal situps or ab crunches. I have seen the gym advisors directing to eat more fatty food in order to gain abs. May be the suppliments do the work for them. I think the one having handle will do better. I am buying a machine to do more focused ab workout. Without machine, other muscles drain out first before the abs.
onlyme2
Two things that will work better than any machine. 1- Eat less pizza. 2- do regular sit ups.
debebee
Those 2 machines will do nothing more than what situps and crunches can do... Both isolate the uppper abs... you would need a machine that should target your obliques and your lower abs too http://www.mensfitness.com/training/workout-routines/30-best-abs-exercises-all-time/slide/all
UpGrade
The machines are a waste of money, the best thing you can do is crunches and various other ab exercises better off buying a medicine ball and kettle bells or something similar and your diet needs to be in check your abs will only become visible aroung roughly 10% body fat give or take depending on each person and their genetics. Doing the work/training is only the start the diet is absolutely crucial for attaining abs unless you are genetically gifted and burn fat like a tobacco factory up in flames! I know my stuff and if you want to know more pm me i can go very in depth with this for you.
onlyme2
For lower abs do the scissors, lay on your back, legs straight, raise legs no more than one foot off the floor, start with legs spread side ways, and criss cross legs, the closer your feet to the floor when you do this, the better. Sylence
Maybe you need to consult a bodybuilder coach to see why you not getting full abs
Smoore
P90X has a DVD called AbRipper X and it uses the same techniques taught by professional trainers. You use it 3 days a week, every other day. As said by others, avoid using a "home use" ab machine. They produce very limited results. P90X DVD's https://kat.cr/usearch/p90x/
