You could have just told me that some of the files are unnecessary and can be removed. Then I would have removed them from my portable and remade the installer. No need to go and make another portable.

This is not the second or another, only a few minor changes.
You may do it freely in future like You have made. Or use these changes, what I made, I am not interested in their making. In any event it is running and users have very little. Was a bit curiosity and if it was done, thought that why not to share.
I gave a bit  another name for the simple reason, that not possible violate anything.

Anyone can freely choose whether to use it or not. And as you can see, I'm also said that it does not impair in any way yours version.

And if it really is so disturbing, I just do not do it in the future, and do not give anyone any advice whatsoever. I do it from my own free will and free time. If do not like, do not need to do. So simple it is. So, good luck and continue.

I wasn't trying to be rude or mean. What I was trying to say was that I appreciate feedback on my portables so I would prefer if you notify me of what changes you think should be made.

The only differences between my portable and yours, that I noticed:

My appid is set to DragonPortable and yours is ComodoDragonPortable

You changed CleanTemp from true to false (I set to true because of personal preference)

You included the Dictionaries folder with the app's files (I didn't have that folder when I installed app so I couldn't include it)
