Togijak
I have a x86 and x64 computer so I have two different Macrium Reflect rescue ISO's but I don't want to have 2 USB sticks so I tried build one USB stick with YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator 2.0.2.2 but Has someone a tip regarding another tool with which I can try? Actually in your iso file name , its a space over there try to rename it i.e rescuex86.iso and try again with yumi ! it will surely work !

You were right, that was the mistake but the resulted USB stick does not work (probably because you can not start WinPe on this way)
