Recruit
Hi people, I am looking for a tool which can do backup for settings ( most important ) and eventually for folders in Outlook 2016. I found that : Backup4all I can use this as trial every time because I will restore settings and folders for Outlook only after I installed a clean copy of Windows & Office. Then I can uninstall it. Better solutions ( eventually with medicine ) would be highly appreciated. Thanks and Regards,

Webdoc
A better solution for this would be to use the IMAP setting and not the POP option, using IMAP keeps all your mail on your providers server, if this is not for you take a look on the following link. http://www.mailstore.com/en/mailstore-home-email-archiving.aspx
