Quick question: the version prior to this one included something called Vulkan but I did not realize until later that nVidia installed it, and in my haste, I uninstalled it. Do I need it, and if so, how do I get it back?

Only some new games use it (instead of DX12) and if you need it then simply reinstall the drivers.

When reading this will think I'm crazy or that I have been touched by the hand of God, but I've never had all these problems that happen to each of you, perhaps because video cards I bought are of very good quality or when I do Windows installations always optimized everything to avoid conflicts between files. Video cards I've always bought have been upper-middle range, but only to give common use, for I am not addicted to games, but the advantage is that these cards give you good resolution, sharpness, color depth and that it is good for the eyes, now I have a new EVGA GTX 960 SC. So here I must explain that I buy that type of cards, because many programs make use of the GPU, so if you have a good video card, the performance of your computer will be much better than the standard, and there is the importance why I choose these cards.

A great recommendation I can make to you is that every time you update the video drivers should always wear Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the old drivers and when finished this task just can apply the new update.
When you do a clean installation of Windows, and finish installing all (drivers and software) then they should make a clean all this garbage that accumulates, to use it in the order I describe:
CCleaner.v5.17, UnCleaner.v1.4 and System_Ninja.v3.1.3.
Before when installing XP and 7 jv16 PowerTools used and recommended, but quit when I started using Windows 10, the reason is that corrupted system files and that was not good to maintain stability in the OS.

Did not upgrade first few times. Had to do a clean install in order to work. Problem with clean install is that all the settings get reset. Especially the DSR settings and Full dynamic range in it.
