In the last release (build 15) I used a pre-cracked exe and it worked,, so this time I have simply copied over the patched exe from your download. I just copied it straight over into the build "15" installation to see how long it would stay working. I have downloaded quite a few files so far and it seems to work well. I might just leave this setup as it is (EXE from build 16 in a build 15 installation)... Of course all my personal registry info from the last installation still stays intact too. I see now that build 16 has ALL your registry details are kept at,, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\DownloadManager This now includes all your settings and registration details in the one area, whereas "up to build 15" it only had settings, while registration details were kept at,, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Internet Download Manager - (x64 of course) which is now there but empty... InsaneAl Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 I just collect as many fixes as possible for each new release, as it seems to chop and change with each release. I have the above patch in the small collection too... The last two releases worked with pre patched EXE's from this site and from another before that, so it appears that there is no real mainstream fix for all PC's. The first to work - STAYS.. It keeps you on your toes, but isn't that what it's all about - "staying ahead of the game"..?? Don't you just love the smell of fresh software in the morning... I've tried REiS v9 Patch and AT4RE patch but none of these worked. IDM always crashed for me when i download 2 files concurrently. Running Windows 10.
