Is there a software that controls what services/softwares are running whenever X software is running?

Hey guys. I'm using Rocketdock, and whenever I'm playing games that are in Borderless like League Of Legends, it always shows up whenever I put my mouse on the bottom(I have it set on auto-hide/pop-up).

 

I was wondering if there's a software that closes Rocketdock whenever my games are playing, that way, I don't get annoyed by the pop-up from Rocketdock anymore.

Play real fullscreen? Borderless and Desktop share the same window level, of course it will interfere with each other.

 

Set RocketDock's layer options to be on the bottom and you should be fine, i'd assume.

 

Or use AutoHotkey.

Set the position to "always on bottom" and don't use auto-hide. Never had a problem with my games.

You can also disable it completely while playing if setting options didn't help.
