UpGrade
Hi guys, I Have recently purchased these disks: http://www.ebay.de/itm/5-Sony-Blu-Ray-BDXL-Discs-100-GB-BD-RE-BDXL-3D-Bluray-Triple-Layer-Bluray-Disc-/141213210004 But my pioneer bluray burner cannot read them due to Sony MID Code ET2-OO2. I was already aware of this and i wanted to upgrade my burner anyway, but i cannot find any information on which burners support these disks. on the ebay listing it says certain burners do but i also read them same burners do not suppoort them else where. Does anybody have experience with these disks ? can anyone recommend me a good burner that can write to these disks please. and also does anybody know the difference between the above Sony Disks and these (Apart from the obvious different code): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-Piece-Verbatim-M-Disc-100GB-1000-Year-Archival-TRIPLE-LAYER-Blu-ray-BD-R-XL-/391317684932?hash=item5b1c5a02c4:g:F4UAAOSwo0JWQn2l what does 1000-Year Archival actually mean ? arnt all disks supposed to last ages anyway ?
