luisam
If I start a topic and decide not to continue, I can CANCEL and that's absolutely logical. But sometimes I start a "Reply" and then decide not to proceed, and CANCEL is not enabled! So the only way it cancel it is exiting the section. Probably associated to same issue, when I QUOTE a post and afterward decide not to do it, again, there is no way to CANCEL or delete the quote! If I exist the reply and return to same post trying to reply without quoting, the unwanted quote reappears. So, finally my only option if I don't want that quote showing up... is not to reply Just wonder if I'm missing some "user configuration" detail or a trick, or is it a bug, or it's a fact of life you must live with it. luisam
OK, I could "cancel" quote, selecting the *+* with the mouse and pressing DEL with the keyboard. Also works the option selecting the *+* with the mouse, pressing CTRL and then pressing right button and selecting Remove Quote from the contextual menu. Some other options are elegible too from this menu, like removing quote but keeping content, pasting and paste without formatting.
