Sylence Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 I'm looking for a file sharing site that don't response whatsoever to any kind of takedown request such as DMCA. it's not important which nationality they are but supporting English language on the user interface would be good but not a requirement at all. Thanks I don't think you will find any active site that meets that requirement or they would not be in existence today. Not heeding DMCA requests is one of the fastest ways to have a site taken down.
