straycat19
It was just announced over the news that the FBI can unlock iPhones without Apple's assistance. Therefore the court case that was to be heard tomorrow has been cancelled. As I have said before, anything created by man can be broken by man, sometimes it just takes a little while. Of course, it has been known for a long time that iPhones backup to the iCloud automatically and if the passwords are not changed when the phone is captured then it is possible to use it to retrieve data, Apple even confirmed that a couple weeks ago in one of the court documents.
