I checked yesterday, no update was available yet, but some minutes ago, Firefox updated itself duely to 45.0.1.

I find this as the best option, everything remains the same, no setup changes are made, no options are modified

So, if you have Firefox installed, no need to hurry, most sooner then later, you'll get the automatic update.
