This is a great program. I've been using the free version for quite a while. I would recommend it to anyone who needs access to other computers on a home network.

reinstall the program and stop the team viewer service from services.msc

Whats going on with teamviewer? Im just using the free version thats up to date and have nothing open apart from its chat window and im noticing in task manager its constatly eating up 25% of my cpu.  That doesnt seem normal to me.  anyone else noticed this ?

That works temporary. I notice eventually it will do it again and stopping the service for a second time wont work.  The other temporary fix i found is to keep closing teamviewer app right out then then starting it again.  Googling the problem seems im not alone with this and some people have it worse but as yet I am unable to find a real solution.

Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 x64 with all updates. Could it be i updated to the new version through the check for new version menu item and did it that way?  My other thought is maybe a software conflict?  Possibly NIS 2015

Mine says patched and all but when I take over someones computer it doesn't work. It looks like it is working as I can see their screen and I can move the mouse around their computer but when I click on anything it does not work. The person on the other end can but I can. I can see only. Re downloaded the free fresh and it works.

the patch works fine. No problems at all doing things on other persons computers at all; mouse control, clicking etc. all working 100%

i done everything you say using the V2 patch & it says no license after 5 min

what can i do?

I have used TeamViever 11.0.56083 Patch v2.0 for Enterprise Edition. Your patch is not working properly. Always, I am getting Sponsored Session Popup showing  Like!, Buy License, and OK Button.

Another thing, I would like to mention that you could add some logic so that before applying patch you can check whether TeamViewer Service is running or not if so you can stop it and after successful patch you can restart it.
