anuraag
Tixati is an easy to use Torrent client that distinguishes itself from the competition with a no-nonsense interface, easily accessible options and several advanced features not commonly found. Tixati offers detailed bandwidth statistics and options to restrict incoming and outgoing bandwidth for all transfers or only selected files. Other features include detailed views of all aspects of the swarm, including peers, pieces, files, and trackers, DHT, PEX, and Magnet Link support, Super-efficient peer selection and choking, RC4 connection encryption, UDP Peer Connections and NAT router hole-punching, Advanced features such as RSS, IP Filtering, Event Scheduler. Tixati also emphasizes the fact that they don't install or offer upgrades, toolbars or any other gimmicks that seem to be common among torrent clients. Journey
Only safe way, if using a torrent client, is using a VPN or HideAllIP.. There is no other safe way.

First of all, your ISP can tell that you are using a proxy and/or VPN, Secondly, BTGuards TOS plainly states that you are responsible for any loss of profits that occur from your use & that your records can be obtained via a court order. Have you even read their ToS??? Which includes the following at the very top? Your personal information will never be exposed to a third party without a court order. And also from their privacy policy: We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Canada is also a supporting member of the ACTA, not to mention by using BTGuards service... you agree to not use it for illegal activities. Do you honestly believe for a single second that if an anti-piracy organization subpoenaed them for your records that they would not comply? I have to be blunt here, wake up and smell the coffee.
