Try CCleaner >> Tools (on left side pane) >> Startup >> Context Menu tab.

Delete 32 bit or the repeated Hitman item.

When removing the "Directory" -item from CCleaner, them Im still getting this "Scan with HitmanPro" twice.

When removing the "File" -item from CCleaner, these double right-click items are gone, but........its not possible anymore to scan seperated files .

Its very difficult, but I have seen it working all right on different machines ,so there must be another solution, with no "doubles" and with the scan-possibility on every directory and file !

Anyone else noticed that "run a scheduled scan on my computer" (at startup) is not working in HitmanPro 3.7.12 Build 256? (pached or not make no difference)

In HitmanPro 3.7.13 Build 257 beta "run a scheduled scan on my computer" seems to work ok (pached and orginal)

did you find specific url with certutil -urlcache? and delete them from urlcache?

with UAC ON

better quality video

Sharecode[?]: /d/b9ae6b1dc6/

or with UAC OFF (not just put slider on the bottom) without deleting urlcache

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"EnableLUA"=dword:00000000

HitmanPro.v3.7.12.256.Cracked-FULMOON(TSRh)

tested with "Real malware" & working: Windows 10 Ent x64 1511

Site: http://www.upload.ee
Sharecode[?]: /files/5579618/HitmanPro.v3.7.12.256.Cracked-FULMOON_TSRh_.rar.html

ReadMe!!!

Spoiler

Install Note:

You will need to register for a free license. Use any email address in the process.
Fingers crossed! ;)

Additional INFO:

I did my own tests before releasing the crack.

Here's a real test with real malware (scrennshots included)

As you can see on screenshots there are no difference in detection of real threats between untouched and cracked versions.
There is a difference though in items "suspected" and "unconfirmed"
but that might be caused by the way I have bypassed the Digital Signature check.

I did it on my own PC because it's safe if you don't execute the files.

Here is the sample source I used : http://www.tekdefense.com/downloads/malware-samples/
Unzip file(s) to C:\ then scan.

PW for unpacking malware "infected"

Cheers!
