AP1972
Let us try to Roll Back the driver and check if that helps: a. Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc in the run prompt. b. Expand the Display adapters section, right-click the display adapter c. Click the Driver tab, and then click Roll Back Driver. d. Restart the computer and check. If that does not help, let us reinstall the video card driver. a. Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc in the run prompt. b. Expand the Display adapters section, right-click the display adapter c. Click the Driver tab, and then click Uninstall driver. d. Restart the PC and Windows would load the generic video card driver. intel driver as detailed in this video. straycat19
This isn't going to help you any but you aren't alone. This is happening on Windows 10 on every brand of computers you can name including Microsoft Surface Pro. One solution posted was here http://www.vmwareandme.com/2015/07/solved-windows-10-bsod-with-Video-TDR-Failure-igdkmd64.sys.html Others have found that the driver from their motherboard/computer manufacturer works but Windows 10 updates it and then it fails. DarkMist
maybe get around this issue by installing manufacturer supplied video driver http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/vga/Intel_VGA_Win7-81-10_V1018154274.zip then use o&o shutup10 https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10 to block driver installs from windows updates

omarsrv
Thanks AP1972, will do the cjeck with Intel diagnostic tool. but for the drivers i've tested all of them!!! from windows update, manufacturer cd, manufacturer website and 2 version from intel website. nothing is working. i was able to somehow to install the driver in safe mode and then restart en normal mode with an error 'graphic driver stopped working and has recovered'. i found that it could be related to some delay settings. so i've tried that but not working. i even tried another monitor!!!! really need you help guys.
