BobJoe2010 Posted January 17, 2016 Share Posted January 17, 2016 I'm using a dell inspiron laptop running windows 7 professional 64bit OS.For the Last 2 week,getting following message "do you want to turn on toggle keys" when ever computer is starting up.Tried with re-installing windows 7.but problem still persists.need a help to solve this.
