Where is NSA's CA in Windows now?

Where is the FPKI root certificate now in Windows 10? couldn't find it in certificate manager.

With the transition to https the US PKI Office would need to obtain a different certificate which would require years for the certificate to be distributed.  Therefore their only alternative was to use a cross signature from a root that was already trusted throughout the world.  Which one they decided to use is not for public release.
