Try reverting your graphics card driver. By that I mean uninstalling the current one and installing the one that came with the CD if you have it. If not then few version back.

 

It's not always necessary that the card might be a problem, it can be anything that might be interfering with the graphics. If you really think it's the card then try the on board graphics if you have it or try someone else card if possible to do so.

But those drivers are outdated

The idea is to check if it fixes the problem. Not whether they are latest or not.
