In short - you cut its powerful features. Here is description: Quote IDMan.exe has a digital signature. This confirms that the producer has been registered with a certificate authority. It also can also affect other applications by changing their properties. Such manipulation can cause an application to do things other than what it is intended to do. When Windows starts, this process is automatically started at the same time (Registry: Run, DEFAULT\Run, MACHINE\Run). The program executes in the background, and can only be terminated using Windows Task Manager. IDMan.exe is capable of log keyboard entries as well as track other applications.
