Fixes a bug  with YouTube  were users only get  360p  webm

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1233970

ESR  version  is not effected  so it will not update this time :)

@steven36 As the search bar does not work in v43 so in your opinion should we update or not. Does the ESR version has x64 verion or not. Whats the main difference between ESR and normal firefox. Have read that ESR version is used for deployments and does not updates that much and is much stable than the regular firefox

When firefox adopts the new api add-ons will our current add-ons work??

What is the alternative in this case. Need your honest opinion as I want to keep using firefox

ESR  version is just a  temporary solution to what will become a permanent problem  .  It only gives you a reprieve from these changes tell 2016-05-31.   Then the only thing that resembles old Firefox  will not be Firefox  at all  its called Palemoon .

So after 2016-05-31 firefox will be discontinued & replaced by Palemoon?

No after 2016-05-31 ESR support will end for v38 , Firefox 45.2  ESR will replace it  while you may still be able to use old addons  with it it for 1 more year .  They will have to  be signed  and no way to get old search back :(  Firefox is slowly is dieing unless you don't mind using a browser like Chrome . But they are already good browsers Chrome like Slimjet.
