You can use LBE Security Master 6.1 , the most perfect antivirus utility for Android :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lbe.security&hl=fr_FR

Also, you can find an english version in XDA here :

be nice to help you but a tad more info required first,,,especially helpful for the ones here that really know the stuff to help you...for starters what do you mean by disinfect...and what is the root cause of why you think you need to do this...

well to be more precise like i should i had 8-12 malware (system app) meaning they have & had root access

and am still in the process of disinfection

the first thing i tried was some apps that removes sys apps but most of them 90% refuse to go @@ meaning some of them isn't uninstallable

Go into recovery mode, wipe system / dalvick, internal (infact everything), and then side load your rom & Gapps, start again, and don't restore from a backup afterwards (unless you KNOW it's clean).

After that, run with Dr.web or similar with a small mem footprint, oh only install software from 'reputable' sources.... no google store.. :D
