These GAOTD wrappers are a royal PITA. I keep getting a "cannot connect". The forums say I will need to install Internet Explorer, which I refuse to do. I have enough rogue malware on my system without having to install the official ones.

I tried UnWrapper_GOTD_v2.04, but that just says it's not a GAOTD installer (the guy probably updated the encryption, or maybe because I was running in a VM)

So could someone please post the serial, which can be found by searching "Driver Magician" with regedit ?

PS - I don't use keygens. I'd rather have a legit serial.

Edit:

Both GAOTD and unwrapper work if you change registry key to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]

"SecureProtocols"=dword:00000080

(which means enable TLS)

Mine was set at 00000000 for security reasons

For some reason the wrapper queries it, and will not connect, even if you have TLS enabled in Firefox.

actually, the UnWrapper_GOTD_v2.04 worked on the Activate.exe file and created a file called "Registration.reg"

I tested it on the v4.8 install file from here,

and the "Registration.reg" seemed to work after install.

You'll need to run the Unwrapper before the giveaway is over, of course.

One small note - if you have used before this gadget, then before registering with a new serial number is recommended delete the old data

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Driver Magician

Delete values if already not empty:

1. endtrialtime
2. firsttime
3. lastvalid
4. serialnumber
5. username

In other ways is possible, that You can get error message. Simply You cannot use two or more trial serials one after another.
