Did you attempt the repair option as the message is telling you to?

When you try to uninstall Office 2016, it will give you options, one of them being the "Repair" option.

Yep. I did an online and offline repair. It still gives me the same error..

I'm thinking this has to do with some sort of add-in but I don't see any installed here..

First give me some information  B)

1. U have legal copy of Office without medicine right?

2. Go to "File" next "Options" next "Addins" and check what addins u have installed or give me screenshot that I can check this

3. U have Office Click-to-Run installation or Normal Office?

4. Give screenshot or tell me what exactly version NUMBER u have in "About" info

5. What office u have - x86 (x32) or x64?

1. Well as of now, it's unactivated. Hasn't had any KMS or anything of the sort. I do have a legal key though

2. I checked there. It says there's no add ins installed

3. It's Office Click-To-Run

4. Yqfa0L5.png

5. I don't know why the C2R gave me 32 bit edition of Office when I have a 64 bit OS installed? That is very strang

Why is that?

x32 edition can be installed on x64 system for compatibility purposes I mean if u have addons only for x32 and not x64

1. I see u have WiFi on so I guess u installed Office on WiFi? If yes maybe something was interrupted and didn't resume after u had again Internet, so u can put ethernet cabel and turn off WiFi and install again this Office

2. Or u can update your Office via Windows Update cuz I see u have outdated version (my is 16.0.4300.1000) and see if it helps

3. Or BEST SOLUTION u can download Retail Office ISO from torrents (I can give u proper link I guess) and then u can activate this with your Retail key cuz u said u have one  B)

Yes if I could have the link that'd be great please Thanks :)

As for the x32, I don't have any add ins that are installed at all though. Is there anyway to get it the C2R to install the x64 edition?

And i'll go ahead and check for updates right now via windows update.
