Like SUMo this software displays spurious items, some don't even exist.

Which makes it no different than any other driver updater software. I have tested half a dozen different driver packages and none of them work. I have had them install drivers for hardware that I haven't seen on any of my computers and sometimes they would install multiple drivers for the same hardware. For example I had one package that installed three different audio drivers for my realtek audio which caused it not to work at all. I had to track down and remove the two obscure drivers and then the software tried to install them again!
