If You use CCleaner, it cleans everything, what is needed.
If You really want to clean manually. then You need to know, where are cache files stored.

Usually it is:

  1. C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ - user data
  2. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ - firefox cache

or

  1. %Appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles - user data
  2. %Localappdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles - firefox cache

You must find folder => cache2 => entries => delete whole cache2 folder if it is there, but it is enough, if You delete only all entries there.
(better - wipe ie use CCleaner and overwrite 1x with random data)

I would like to find a way to remove a specific site cache from firefox browser.

Open the following file with Notepad (or a Notepad alternative of your choice) to remove instances of whichever site you wish to:—

C:\Users\<YourProfileName>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<FirefoxProfile>\SiteSecurityServiceState.txt

Do not take it very deeply into heart - you will never be able to permanently erase the entire cache and other junk.
For example, these portable gadgets, which are offered here and anywhere, it is desperate, they record all cache and other junk directly to the hard drive, which you can not be otherwise disposed of in any way, if only use periodically the 'Wipe free space ".
But I want to ask you - how many of you know it all, and how many cleans this huge rubbish at all?

An enormous amount of rubbish occurs when you are upgrading programs. You mean that old stuff will overwritten? Good joke. Something will overwritten only, when the information free space no longer exists on the disk.

Your hard drive is never empty, only you do not usually know it.

Unless you have your Site Preference (steps — mentioned below) set to be purged, every time Firefox is shutdown — yes, sites which you have visited years ago would continue to get reflected.

Options >> Privacy >> check (enable) Clear history when Firefox closes >> Settings... >> check (enable) Site Preferences. However, this will cause Firefox to forget every site at browser shutdown — not just specific site/s. :(

Nonetheless, it is a great idea to check (enable) all other options at the above Options window.

CTRL+H > right clic on the site> forget this site

i think this is the best way

or you can try this addon but i don't know if it's gonna work because last update is in 2013

better try on temp profile or portable ff to avoid any problem on main profile

maybe not a solution for you're problem but i think i should mention it
