bluesky Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 i have lenovo ideapad s10-3s notebook. recently when i pressed the power button on it showed the following screen. after pressing F1 key it booted and i was on my system. everything is working fine except for the keyboard and touch pad.. i have windows 10 enterprise ltsb X64 installed. have a RAM of 2 GB.. can someone plz help.. kasper Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 hi,try do this 1. Turn off computer and unplug power cord. 2. Disconnect all external devices 3. remove battery 4. press power button and hold for 10-15 seconds 5. plug power cord back into computer and press power button. 6. Check LED's and listen for power supply fan. 7. If LED's are on or power supply fan starts spinning, watch for boot screen 8. If coputer begins to turn on, turn it off. 9. rudrax Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 @bluesky, as you said that the first method have solved you bug, that means the problem was in the BIOS. What the first method did is it resetted the BIOS to the default. Your BIOS may be modified during Windows 10 installation to match maximum compatibility with the OS but being an older version it was unable to accept the modification.The process of updating a BIOS is to search your system manufacturer's site for downloads regarding your hardwares.
