Need help with a tutorial on some short videos

Hi guys.So i want to add some animated logos in my youtube videos.First let me explain what i want to do.I have edited an animated twitter logo in Sony Vegas and i have rendered the video thinking that will come out only and only the rendered logo but it comes out with blackscreen bh.I dont like to use Vegas because it's slow on rendering and i hate that.PowerDirector user here !

Again, i want only and only the moving object without the black screen bh.If this will be possible somehow, i am planning to add other social logos.Like Gamespot adds to their videos at the beggining of the video animated logos.

If i realy have to i can follow a tutorial on how to do this but i will not render alongside with the video i want to aplly my logo cause it takes forever.
