AcIdPort
Hi, just download en-US language pack and install it. If you want to integrate it into the iso file use nlite.Greets.

blazeblaze456
I want to create AIO containing (Home,PRO, Enterprise altogether) but sadly I downloaded the win 10 EN-US Enterprise edition and win 10 PRO EN-GB edition. So, I am not able to integrate both these ISOs into single ISO as both have different default languages.

Nastrahl
You can change the locales and keyboard layout once installed, in the region and language settings (then delete the old ones if you want).
