anuraag
ZoneAlarm's firewall had reached its peak, Zone Labs has found a way to make it even better, increasing its power against spyware and leak-test malware techniques. Its program control is more flexible than ever, with different levels of trust and the ability to kill the worst programs instantly. The combination of kernel-level firewall techniques and signature-based spyware recognition already offers unusually powerful spyware blocking and decent removal. Overall, the next version of ZoneAlarm looks to be a superb security suite. Thanks to Astron for the update.Download

joerpaul
Comodo was actually the first ever firewall that I used, and I started using it about a decade ago when all it was was just a simple firewall without many of the advanced features they have added these days. I have been using window's built-in firewall since it was introduced, but began wanting something more powerful and easier to configure. At first, I turned back to comodo, but I found the software extremely problematic. It would create a number of rules on its own, though I specified that I would like to be prompted. And even after it creates those rules, I would go into its settings and change them, and it would change them back. It would not detect all program's attempts at connecting to the internet, or accessing restricted operating system features. It just simply did not work.Zonealarm doesn't offer the level of sophistication that comodo is aiming for. It's much simpler, but it works just as it ought and i haven't had a single problem with it.
