DJPrice
I uninstalled the previous version I had on my computer so I could update to the latest build without any problems (or so I thought). I rebooted, cleaned up all files/registry left from previous version. When I tried updating the installer wouldn't finish. I kept trying & it did eventually install, but then after rebooting & trying to load it up, an error message kept popping up. I searched the net & read on another forum that the user should install SnapAPISetup.msi to fix it. I installed that, rebooted again & tried loading up TIH, but still the error message popped up. I uninstalled it, cleaned files/registry again & reinstalled the version that was working before. When I tried loading up that version, the error message was showing yet again . Would be greatful if someone could help me out with this please. Below is a screenshot of the error message that shows.
