Request for Netflix appx/zip package from Windows Store

EDIT: I got the file myself since no one else here or elsewhere was willing to do it. Had to install Win10, use the method I posted, reinstall Win8.1, then sideloaded it with Windows Powershell. Worked perfectly but a real PITA to have to keep reinstalling Windows. 8.1 to 10 to 8.1 to 10 to 8.1. Would have saved me two of those had someone just grabbed the link for me. Took all of 5 minutes.

I have been unable to install the free Netflix app from the Windows Store for days on end. It looks like it's happening to a good number of people.. but not everyone.

There is a way to sideload it with PowerShell but I would need to have the actual file to do so, hence me request.

1 - Download & install Fiddler

2 - Open Fiddler & click on Win Config

3 - Click Exempt All then Save Changes

4 - Open Windows Store & locate Netflix, then click Install

5 - Fiddler will find the download URL for the app

6 - Right click on the URL & select Copy/Just URL

That is the file I need. Just the URL would be fine.
