Obviously you chose During installation, "It's my organization pc" but not "I own it".
Now You need to change the settings and You must be an organization. Or what, it is not so bad to be an organization?

Haha no no problem but how and where can i change that setting?

In Windows 10 has modified some settings and there is no guarantee that you will get them very easy to change.

One question is - whether you are logged in with administrator rights to 100%, or there are some limitations for you?

And secondly - open RUN (Winkey + R)

type in "gpedit.msc" (without the quotes), and then the Enter or OK

In the Local Group Policy Editor find

Computer Configuration => Administrative Templates => Control Panel => Personalization

"Prevent Changing lock screen image"

double click on it and see if there is anything stated or everything is so, as in this picture..  (NB! Do not make any changes!)
