Hello, i have a weird problem here, i always get BSOD after installing Windows and it could launch several times. I tried to install Windows 7 & Windows 8.1 with Original Images from M$ but i always get the same BSOD problem like

DXGMMS1.SYS, win32k.sys, etc :(

I don't have any antivirus installed a

I've done running this but no luck so far :

1. www.eightforums.com/tutorials/26512-dism-fixing-component-store-corruption-windows-8-a.html

2. SFC /Scannow.

ust got new processor & motherboard two days ago but i'm still using my old RAM ( it's an 8 GB VenomRX DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHZ dual Channel ) could this problem caused by my RAM ?

Change it back to IDE, then follow this, then change it to AHCI again.

If that does not fix your main problem, I suggest you check what Kakihara73 suggested. If that does not fix it, then I suggest you check your RAM and hard disk for errors and see.

If its not the memory its probably a bad driver. Check RAM first, then the hard drive, then drivers.

Dont forget to take a look at you BIOS config!

Remove carefully the CPU from the socket and make sure there are no broken or bent pins and that the CPU sits levelly in the socket. Also ensure that the CPU heatsink is making good contact with the CPU surface with only a thin layer of heatsink compound.

You could also try booting into Windows safe mode and if the problem also occurs there, some buggy driver might be the culprit.

if you can boot in safe mode, delete all drivers and reboot!

i hope this will help you :-)

This was probably caused by the following module: win32k.sys (win32k+0x6A258)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF96000210258, 0xFFFFD0010ADD5EB0, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
file path
: C:\Windows\system32\win32k.sys

if your os win 8.1 install this update KB3055343

Stop error code 0xD1, 0x139, or 0x3B and random crashes in Windows

0xD1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0X139: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Thanks bro, i think i just found the culprit, it comes from Nvidia drivers. i just pulled out my VGA Card & only use Onboard VGA from Intel. it's ok now for two hours. But i'm aware it could also come from my RAM

i will report it again in two days and see what happens

then might be your hardware, especially RAM.

those RAM is err... venom?? those brands (not gonna bad mouth about them) have terrible user review and experience, lol sorry. :P

since you just got new procie and mobo. I am sure there might be a hardware component not correctly installed(loose) or driver conflict.

@software182: Before you replace your RAM, run memtest86+ on your computer.

Get it from here. Download the pre-build thing. Write it on the USB drive and boot from it. Run the program and perform atleast 2 passes on it.

If it finds any errors in your RAM, it will mention the area of the error. Only replace your RAM if it finds any errors.

Alternatively, go into Administrative Tools > Windows Memory Diagnosis. Run it and click either of two options, it looks similar to memtest86+ and works similarly too.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.

Then no need to replace RAM.

Check, all the wires, CPU is well placed or not and if HDD contains any bad sectors or so.

Did you try installing the RAM module into a different port — suggest trying all other 3 ports to find out if the BSODs recur.

It sounds stupid but did you install in this order.. Windows 7, then 8.1, then 10... you have to do that to allow the latest version control the booting..

Next I would make sure that your cooling is good and that thermalpaste is properly applied..

Connections good thing to check.. like above..

Hopefully not a corrupted drive or file... Any startup services or programs in place at any point?

Some can cause this crash if not coded correctly...

As far as drivers.. and hardware I would see about installing updates if you do get to boot and if it causes a crash I would double check that and roll back f it permits..

How is safe mode? --- If it is still problematic I would reinstall them... ( OSes ) and check for drive failure.. though reformat and partitioning should cut bad blocks.. PCB or controller issue check hardware and pins...

@software:

you say the old ram is " it's an 8 GB VenomRX DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHZ dual Channel" I guess is only a bank, right? ...and there are other new ram in this sytem or it's alone? Because you say <dual channel> so I think there are at least another bank of ram

if not, do not consider this messege :D

yes i did, i have checked everything and all is good in its place. My Harddisk also good, no bad sector and also my PC is totally clean like a baby ass, no dust. lol

I have reinstalled my PC with Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 many times but still got this error :

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
Dude, it's a new processor ;) i don't think i need a thermalpaste.
Even i have finished installing my Windows, suddenly i got those errors with no updates applied or driver installed.

i have tried both, with 1 RAM or 2 RAM but no luck.
