Kalju
Although Windows 10 comes with a lot of ways to shutdown your PC, the classic shutdown dialog is accessible only with the help of a hotkey. You have to minimize all windows, then click to focus on the Desktop and finally press Alt F4 to make it appear. I made one simple executable dialog script, if you are interested, please try it and give some feedback. This gives back this old dialogue box, which is used in Vista already. This must work with all Windows versions beginning from Vista. Simply download and place it where You want, make desktop icon or pin to taskbar. (The first time, it may ask for permission to start because not include requirement for the rights of the administrators.)
