jalaffa
Waterfox is a 64-bit version of Firefox. Waterfox is modified version of the Firefox source code specifically for machines running 64-bit versions of Windows. Software designed for 64-bit Windows editions can take advantage of faster RAM and processing speeds and greater stability in 64-bit systems. Just converting Mozilla's source code for 64-bit Windows isn't enough, Waterfox takes it to another level with unique tweaks which help it exploit the speed of 64-bit systems. Waterfox is made with one thing in mind: speed. Waterfox offers 100% Firefox Add-on Compatibility and 64-bit Plugin Support. Thanks to Astron for the update.Download

jvidal
just downloaded the installer from the developer's site and it works just fine, I installed over the previous version. Maybe I already had the missing files OR they fixed the installer.Edit: Looking inside the self-extracting installer, those files ARE present. No need for the "patch" I guess. jvidal
It seems you didn't read what I wrote. I opened the installer with 7-zip and the files you mention are present inside the installer, the're not missing.I have a screenshot, but I can't attach files here, who knows why... Interestingly, I try a third time now.
jvidal
Try it. I downloaded the installer and after opening it with 7-zip I see the files are in there. In case you don't believe me: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7065652/waterfox%2039%20installer.pngIn any case, the "patch" is not needed, you can always extract the "missing" files from the same installer used to install waterfox. jvidal
maybe they posted the wrong installer, then fixed it but for some reason you're still getting the old one. Maybe a proxy server? or some sort of network caching?Compare the installer you have with this one: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7065652/Waterfox%2039.0%20Setup.exe
