Have you tried using the Google Chrome print to PDF function? Select what you want, right click selection, print and save it as PDF... keeps same style.

Why not save website offline and read it when you want in your computer. Software like Offline Explorer Enterprise, httrack, WebSite-Watcher (to Monitor daily changes to the website) will be helpful in this regard.

If you want to copy the content and save to other file format like pdf then use a pdf printer. Word might not retain the settings which are present on the website.

You can also use the scrolling capture feature of your screenshot program itself, to output your full-page captures to .pdf files — then, use a .pdf program to combine the various files chronologically.
