You wouldn't want to bump into a few of these characters in a dark alley! Some of the most heavily-inked tattoo addicts in the world descended on Colombia this weekend for the sixth annual Expotattoo event.They were joined by some of the world's top tattoo artists, who had no shortage of willing volunteers for them to test their skills on.Dozens of body art fans covered in a bewildering array of inked designs joined them in the city of Medellin for the three day event.Every year the fair attracts the biggest stars of the body art scene to test their skills against each other in competitions, swap techniques and tips and hold seminars for those wanting to learn more. One well-known figures from the world of tattoos who made an appearance was Maria Jose Christerna from Mexico, also known as The Vampire Woman.Covered head to toe in ink, she also has fangs, a forked tongue, dozens of piercings and sub-dermal implants ringing her head, giving her skull a frightening shape. Argentinian Victor Peralta was another star attraction.
