I installed this stable version today as a 'downgrade' from v43.2.2.157 Beta. Working flawlessly: all plugi-ins, extensions, favorites and other custom settings transferred over without issue. Coupled with Abelssoft's GoogleClean, it's a combination that's hard to beat for security and privacy.

I dont see how this is any better to use this than normal chrome ? Avast dont like installer I guess just a false positive ... :P

Because as far as security chorme is updated way more often to patch exploits if your worried about this and far as privacy I think slimjet is the best one based on chrome because you can disable WebRTC , disable Canvas and change ssl versions . No other chorme mods or even chorme cares about your privacy really but slimjet . You can tell how much they care by the new features they add. B)
