vitorio
I have a file create in Excel 2003 with macros that I wish to run as an EXE file. This way any person can run it without the need to have Excel. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks for the help.

vitorio
Lots more Info here if needed The first two are great applications but: number 1 - the EXE files created are not independent of Excel number 2 - are too expensive. Let me check the other link. I will let you know the results. Thanks for the help.

"Not the news you were looking for I suspect, but I'm afraid that the answer is no, there isn't. Macros simply automate the Excel application, without the application they have no environment to run in and nothing to automate. Depending on the amount of macros you have and the amount of time you're willing to invest, you could convert your workbook to run in google docs, though you would need to rewrite your macros in JavaScript" Apparently this not possible in this moments. Thanks for your help.
