november_ra1n
1. It is always good practice to Run the system scan:Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:sfc /scannowIf any file can not fix then:Admin cmd [run each line one at the time it will take 20-30 min to complete all]Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth2. If you still have same trouble then see if you have create any account in the past2a. Verify your account if you have not done so.2b. If you have already verified still you got same problem then disconnect the account and create other account with another mail and verify.3. if you really do no not need MS Account [unless you need to downloading something from Windows store etc..] i will suggest just create local account. How to Switch from a Microsoft Account to a Local Account in Windows 8 and 8.

Kalju
Known thing, your Windows is capitally corrupt. The only thing that helps is a pure Windows (new) installation. You could also try the "Refresh Windows", but can happen that it does work. (NB. Do not forget to choose "Save My Files and Folders" - only these, but not any settings.) If the "Refresh Windows" does not work, it is advisable to make the "Activation Backup" that would not be later the trouble.
