Did you connect your PC to internet ?

(try with cable , maybe you are so unlucky - like so many others - that WiFi doesn`t work properly in Windows 8.1)

Can you login to your MS account from another PC. That will help identify if its the PC or the account.

From an elevated Command Prompt, run the following command:--

NetSh WinHTTP import proxy source=IE

Then, restart your system and then try logging-in to your Microsoft account - please report back.

1. It is always good practice to Run the system scan:

Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:
sfc /scannow

If any file can not fix then:

Admin cmd [run each line one at the time it will take 20-30 min to complete all]
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

2. If you still have same trouble then see if you have create any account in the past

2a. Verify your account if you have not done so.

2b. If you have already verified still you got same problem then disconnect the account and create other account with another mail and verify.

3. if you really do no not need MS Account [unless you need to downloading something from Windows store etc..] i will suggest just create local account.

wait till the progress done it takes time.

Excuse me... sorry if i ask again.
i really don't understand clearly.

So, is it prohibit for me to restart mechine...? because any time ago i restart my laptop after i saw the CMD commend completed.

because in my humble opinion, restart will take effect to this problem ... :(

So... what the best way/step that i must do..? is it ok if i do step 1 again...?

After finished all the scan restart PC see if the problem gone if not follow the rest of the option on the list. However it is not guaranteed it will cure your problem buy may do.

  1. Known thing, your Windows is capitally corrupt. The only thing that helps is a pure Windows (new) installation. You could also try the "Refresh Windows", but can happen that it does work. (NB. Do not forget to choose "Save My Files and Folders" - only these, but not any settings.)
  2. If the "Refresh Windows" does not work, it is advisable to make the "Activation Backup" that would not be later the trouble.

1.- It's your Windows installation original or piracy.
