WOW it was TCP Optimizer afterall... I reset it back to Windows Default and all is good.

Okay please bear with me on this one.

So I had no issues with Giggle Fiber but their rates/price weren't great compared to Time Warner's upgraded packages which I switched over to today.

Now here is where some issues come up because they only sent a Installer and not a Tech to give me the connection.

My rates are just fine;

The issue becomes... that horrid Ping which can range from 13-16 upon testing.

And so I'm unsure if this may just be an ISP issue that they need to fix or perhaps something on my end that I can attempt to fix.

Never had any ping issues with Giggle Fiber.

Alright here's another fun one...

When using Firefox, there's a delay before a page reacts and starts loading which is a huge annoyance {didn't happen previously}. Worst part is... even after a page loads if trying to post a message via a Thread / Shoutbox, there's quite a delay there too.

BUT when I test on Chrome (Portable) all pages load almost instantly. And that's going off a Portable version which I'd understand can take some time to load things.

Only "tweak" I've done to my network would be using TCP Optimizer which I've set to their highest download. I only changed that from 50Mbps {For when I used Giggle, again without issues}

Also when I checked my Router logs, which I close to never do... I noticed this;

I've cleared my logs but before there were a lot of those DoS Attack from various sources and unno if that impairs said "Ping"

Not too sure what else to mention... I've purchased the Arris Surfboard SB6141 modem unno how to acccess it via web-address to see if there's anything to tweak there.

Lastly, not sure if the Ping affects it but I can't seem to launch League of Legends, the logo pops up, but the Login screen never appears and in Task Manager it doesn't show it as running.

Which just goes to show - most 'tweaking' tools are best avoided unless you really understand what they are doing - and you want that doing!
