It has become a web sensation that has now sent the song back to the Billboard Hot 100 more than 25 years after its release.‘Livin’ on a Prayer’ has remained Bon Jovi’s signature song since topping the charts more than a quarter century ago. But you’ve never seen it quite like this.The clip, taken during what appears to be a commercial break during a basketball game, finds the intrepid performer at first simply enjoying the oft-played song about a working couple’s struggles. Then he spots the camera. Soon, he’s traveling up and down the aisles of the arena, hamming it up every step of the way.He throws in a few high fives, hugs and kisses some fellow fans and plays a little air guitar. It’s not a perfect performance: He flubs some lines and doesn’t quite fire up a handful of people in the crowd.
